Solano College baseball student-athletes with postseason honors after a strong 2026 campaign.
The Bay Valley Conference recognized three Solano College baseball student-athletes with postseason honors after a strong 2026 campaign.
Leading the way was Jace Parkinson, who earned First Team All-Conference Infielder honors after putting together one of the top offensive seasons in the league. Parkinson batted .383, collecting 44 hits, 24 runs scored, and 45 RBIs while adding 14 walks and posting a .460 on-base percentage. Defensively, he was just as reliable, finishing with a .961 fielding percentage.
On the mound, Jared Orabuena was selected as a First Team All-Conference Starting Pitcher. Orabuena was a workhorse for the Falcons, making 13 starts and logging 63.2 innings. He recorded a 7-2 record with 73 strikeouts, helping anchor the rotation throughout conference play.
Rounding out the honors was Gabe Navarrette, who earned Second Team All-Conference Relief Pitcher recognition. Navarrette was dominant out of the bullpen, posting a 2.38 ERA over 17 appearances. In 34 innings pitched, he allowed just nine earned runs while striking out 23 batters and earning two saves.
The three selections highlight the balance of talent for Solano, with standout performances at the plate, in the rotation, and in relief throughout the Bay Valley Conference season.
The Falcons will face Lassen and Ohlone College in the first round of Regionals May 1-3 at Ohlone College.
