Rocklin, Calif. - Despite a 19-point effort from freshman Jonathon Cobbs, the Solano men's basketball team came up short against Shasta, 83-72, on Friday morning at the Sierra Tournament.
Cobbs tallied four rebounds and a pair of steals in his efforts, while sophomore Cole Arabian added 13 points and five assists. Freshman Jacob Ebert rounded out the scorers in double-figures with 11 points with three rebounds and two steals. Sophomore Ricky Hamilton Holland tallied eight boards, nine points, and three assists.
Solano (1-3) remains on the road, heading to Sacramento City on Monday, Nov. 15 for a 6 p.m. tip.
