Fairfield, Calif. - Freshman Dakota Marin counted her third goal of the season, but the Solano women's soccer team came up short against Evergreen Valley on Friday afternoon.
Marin scored in the 77th minute off a corner from freshman Amber Morales. Freshmen Bailey Erbland and Fatima split halves in the goal for the Falcons.
Solano (1-3) returns to action on Tuesday, Sept. 21 when it hosts Modesto. The match is slated to begin at 4 p.m.
